The item shows some general signs of wear from use, and has some scratches and spots. I powered the unit on, and the machine gets extremely hot. The instructions were not included, so I'm not sure how to properly test the mist function with water, so it's being sold in as is/parts condition. I don't see any damage on the unit, so the item may work perfectly fine. The box has some areas of damage. Please see photos and video for more details. The item ships with USPS. Thanks for looking!
